We can't just get attention, we have to capture it. Yes, this platform is noisy. And yes, it can feel like your message is falling on deaf ears. But your problem might not be getting attention. It might just be capturing it.
Friction destroys sales momentum. Whether we're talking about generating leads, making proposals, showing demos, etc. - EVERY part of our sales process has to be designed with a very busy human in mind. Because friction will kill our momentum.
